Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (carton or canned)
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 medium banana (fresh or frozen) optional for sweetness
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut optional
  • 1 tsp chia seeds optional for extra fiber
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Add ingredients to blender: Combine coconut milk, frozen strawberries, banana (if using), yogurt, vanilla extract, shredded coconut, chia seeds, and ice in a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth: Blend on high speed for 30–60 seconds until creamy and smooth.
  3. Serve & enjoy: Pour into glasses and garnish with extra shredded coconut or strawberry slices if desired.
